1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or subscribing to services provided by StayBoro ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including the StayBoro Web Presence Driver™, managed web hosting, domain provisioning, and channel setup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Managed Services & Subscriptions
StayBoro Managed Web Hosting is billed on an annual subscription basis ($39/month billed annually at $468/year). Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Hosting includes website deployment, SSL security certificate management, routine software updates, and managed cloud infrastructure.
3. Channel Setup & Integrations
Add-on channel configuration (Google Business Profile, Facebook Page, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Custom Email) includes initial technical provisioning and linking. Third-party platforms maintain their own independent terms of service, platform rules, and verification criteria.
4. Client Content & Ownership
Clients retain 100% ownership of their text, images, logos, business trademarks, and client-supplied content. StayBoro is granted a limited license to host, display, and format content exclusively for the purpose of operating the client's Web Presence Driver™.
